We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our team, which includes two Pulmonary Critical Care specialists and two Intensivists. This role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within an 18-bed ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in our inpatient and outpatient facilities.
• Engage in teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as medical students.
• Expand outreach services for Pulmonary care across our 14-county network.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Starting at $421,267 annually, plus production incentives.
• Bonus Package: Up to $150,000 available.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 for moving expenses.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, $6,000 for continuing medical education (CME) annually, two retirement plans, and a generous paid time off (PTO) policy.

• Must be board certified or board eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited medical or osteopathic school and have completed a relevant residency program. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and must be licensed or eligible for a physician license in Iowa, along with the necessary controlled substance and DEA certifications.
