- Active RN license
- Cardiology and Pulmonology clinic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary medications
- Telephone triage experience
- Patient assessment and care coordination skills
- Telephone triage
- Returning patient calls
- Reviewing test results with providers
- Placing orders
- Chart preparation
- Coordinating patient care and follow-up
- Medical Assistants available
- CNA support available
- Approximately 2 weeks

✅ Cardiology and Pulmonology knowledge
✅ Strong triage skills
✅ Comfortable using Cerner
✅ Excellent communication and patient follow-up skills
✅ Flexible to float as needed
